1. Adults only
This site offers fictional audio drama created for adults. You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction — to use this site. By using it, you confirm that you meet that requirement.
2. Fiction
Every story, character and voice you hear is fictional. Nothing here depicts real people or real events, and nothing here is advice of any kind.
3. Membership and billing
Full access is granted through a membership purchased on this site. This order is processed by our online reseller & Merchant of Record, Waffo Pancake, who also handles order-related inquiries and returns: prices, payments, cancellations and refunds are processed by Waffo Pancake at checkout under Waffo Pancake’s buyer terms, and your card details are entered on Waffo Pancake’s secure checkout page — never on this site. Your access tier mirrors your active subscription; if you cancel, your unlocks here end when the period you paid for lapses. Legacy members who joined through Patreon keep signing in with Patreon, and that billing follows Patreon’s own terms.
4. What you may do
- Listen to anything your tier unlocks, personally, as often as you like.
- Enjoy the free previews — no account needed.
5. What you may not do
- Redistribute, re-upload, share or resell audio or text from this site.
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent membership access controls.
- Use automated tools to scrape the catalog or media.
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
6. Ownership
All stories, audio, artwork and branding on this site are owned by the operator and protected by copyright. A membership is a license to listen — it does not transfer ownership of anything.
7. Availability
The site and catalog are provided “as is”. Stories may be edited or withdrawn, and features may change. We aim for a new release every week but do not guarantee an uninterrupted service.
8. Termination
Access may be suspended or ended for abuse of these terms — for example, sharing paywalled audio or attacking the service. Cancelling your membership ends future billing and, when the period you paid for lapses, access to paid content.
9. Changes
